Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 7 working days.

Orders which are marked as Preorders will be shipped within 3-5 weeks of reciving the order as we need to import it for you.

For shipments delivered outside KOLKATA, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty, or other state tax on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged and it is non refundable from our end. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Delivery time

All products are shipped via reputed courier companies such as FedEx,Delhivery and India speed post ( for rural locations ) . Delivery will take approximately 3-7 days. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.


E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Cancellation by

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in yourcredit card account.

Cancellations by the customer

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. If the order state is showing as Processing then for canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email at giving your Order Number.

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has not been "shipped" by us, we shall cancel the order and full refund will be provided. If we receive a cancellation e-mail after the order has been shipped, refund will be provided once we get order shipped back to us ( either couriered by you or picked up by our courier partner) . has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancel or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be stopped and returned while in transit.​Please mail us at if you have any questions.

If a non-delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User. will not ship to an address after the customer refuses to pick up a Cash on Delivery Product more then once . In such case the next order has to be Prepaid. 

In case of Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate will not be canceled.

Replacement/ Return Policy by

Replacement / Return request must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery except for the following:
1. Products perishable in nature
2. Gift Certificates
3. Items that have been used or opened
4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.
7. Jewelry [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect ]
8. Electronics and Mobiles [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect ]

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given above. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. will accept returns if it reaches us within 15 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received, If The return is for any other reason than this Shipping and COD charges of Rs 100/- would be deducted.

To get a replacement, email us at your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. If the Logistics partners are unable to arrange for a pick up for any resons, the customer is liable to arrange for the delivery of the product to us .We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Our Return Policy:
• Return request must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery and must not be part of above list
• There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
• In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
• In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Refund Policy by

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final
• If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
• 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
• For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given
